"Didnt clean the room everyday even when do not disturb sign wasnt there. Staff was not at all friendly. Infact one person was very rude. Stay was unpleasant and not upto the mark. Charge $60 plus tax for early checkin. Been to Dubai, UK, Australia and none of the hotels charged me for early checkin. Overall, will never recommended this hotel to anyone."

"Great place to stay convenient to travel to many places. I had booked yours and hotel provided pick up and drop off at this hotel. This was excellent. Ordered room service on one of the evenings sbd the quality of food was outstanding. Lots of great eating places all ranges of prices near the hotel. Brilliant location. Only criticism was on arrival I was not told how to use the lift to access room floor. Another customer helped as there was a sequence of how to do this. Just needed to be told...

The staff communication and customer service skills were wholly lacking and this caused us a few problems. The key card failed every day we stayed requiring us to revisit reception to have it reset - extremely frustrating. "This hotel is in an area that is just okay. If you can go closer to downtown by the water, I would definitely suggest this. The front desk staff were very helpful and welcoming. The shuttle drivers were great! This property is going through some pretty big renovations so I think it will only get better with time. The only other issue was the restaurants in this area were pretty limited to Asian cuisine."

"Nice room, nice hotel, helpful staff. Kids had fun at the pool, it is a heated pool which was great on a cloudy day that wasn't so warm. 24 hour gym available. Best thing about the hotel is it's close to everything! Cafes, breakfast places, restaurants, food courts, liquor store, gas town, Stanley park etc.. was great not having to drive anywhere"
