"The beds were wonderful to sleep in. With technology where it's at these days, it's a shame that having streaming available on hotel room tvs isn't just standard practice. Hotel PPV cannot feel like anything less than a $ grab at this point. The room was clean overall, the bathroom however needs significant work. All fixtures (the sink faucet especially) need to be considered for replacement at this stage, hopefully they're next up on the reno list anyway. It is time to secure the elevators to...

"The staff were very good and helpful. Our room was good, except for the bed. It was much to soft. Had a fantastic view of the falls and the shower and jetted tub was great!! Spa (thermal pool) experience was disappointing. In both of the warm and hot pools very few of the jets worked. We had more jet power in our room tub. The regular hotel pool and hot tub were really nice though."

"The humidity was high in Toronto and the rooms had no ventilation - not even a bathroom fan! When we entered our rooms, they felt damp and getting into a bed that feels wet is not a pleasant experience. As well, the toilet tank was uninsulated so there were always puddles of water on the floor because of the condensation on the outside of the tank."

"This is worst Holiday Inn/ IGH property we have ever stayed in. The parking garage had the most horrific smell of sewer, and the room was not cleaned so they tried to spray something to mask the smell but it was the equivalent smelling a barbershop/axe body spray on your sheets. Nightstand was sticky and the curtains had black around the edges. The hallway floors were the dirtiest thing we’d witnessed in all of Toronto. We’ve never had a bad IGH property in all our travels but this location...
