"Good location, interesting check in with digital key. Prefer a door code normally. Parking was nice, communication was great. Wish there were a few small amenities provided such as basic shower things. The kitchen wasn’t 100% clean. But overall will definitely recommend this location and if need be will stay here again. "

"The hotel’s location is very convenient, metro station is 8-10 minutes away, the spinning chandelier is 5 minutes, Granville public marker is very close as well, a lot of grocery stores around, cafes and restaurants. Also, our room was pretty big with small kitchen, microwave and even stove. Cleaning is every other day which is totally fine. "
"Staff, rooms, amenities, restaurant quality and service were superb. However, there were 3 elevators only 1 was working. When we were leaving all 3 were not working and we were stuck on the 10th floor (not in the elevator) for about 20 minutes. When the housekeeper found out, she offered the use of the service elevator which worked fine. Kudos to the housekeeper. If the elevators were all working, i would give 5 stars to the whole stay. We stayed there 2 alternate nights first night, no issues, perfect airport area location."
