"Room was very adequate and bed comfortable but there seemed to be a lot of dust in the air. The top bed covers probably needed a wash. sheets were clean and fresh. Only 1 coffee pouch but we could have asked for another, im sure."

"This was a great place to stay while we explored Surrey and Burnaby. The room was clean and ideal for our family of 2 kids, 2 adults. Breakfast was really good compared to what BW's in the US offer. The staff were helpful and friendly and we even got a welcome goody bag. Can't say enough good things about this place."

"The front desk staff were very friendly when I checked in, and I appreciated that I was given a newly renovated room. Unfortunately, the stay itself was not very restful. The bed was quite noisy, and there was also an odd noise coming from the fridge/counter area throughout the night. It would make several loud clunking noises, stop for an hour or two, and then start again. This continued the entire time I was in the room, including overnight. Because of the constant noise, I did not sleep well at all."

"L'accueil a été excellente, notre chambre très propre, avec tous les accessoires nécessaires pour un séjour parfait. Le petit déjeuner était très variés et excellent. La piscine et le centre d'entrainement sont très bien. L'endroit est facilement accessible avec un services d'autobus à la porte. Le seul petit inconvénient est que l'hôtel se trouve à Surrey, donc 40 minutes de l'aéroport de Vancouver, mais elle en vaut le détour !! Utiliser un moyen de transport tel que, Uber, si vous ne prévoyez pas louer une voiture, car les taxis sont extrêmement coûteux."

"From the moment we arrived, this hotel impressed us. The staff were warm, welcoming, and made a point of addressing me by first name, which was a lovely personal touch. The woman who checked us in was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I had caught her name because she truly made a great first impression and deserves a shoutout! Being a brand new property, everything felt fresh and immaculate. Our room was spotless, and the views of Mt. Baker from the lobby and rooftop were breathtaking, especially during sunset. A special shoutout to Alejandra, who assisted us during breakfast. Her kindness made the morning meal a highlight of our stay. Also worth mentioning for those who are dairy-free, the coffee bar had oat milk available, which is something you don’t often see at hotels. A small but thoughtful touch! My family and I used it as our home base while spending time around Vancouver and Richmond, and it worked out perfectly. If you’re planning to visit those areas, it’s well worth staying here. Just be prepared for a short drive. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again!"
