"We had issues with the Bathrlom which was a shame as we use the Liner frequently. I have raised it directly with the Hotel and whilst l had an acknowledgement, l am still awaiting a response. So rather un impressed as l raised this on Sunday. But maybe l should have learned by the fact that l never had a response to my query about parking sent back when booking was made. Customer Service is certainly not great anymore."

"Staff at breakfast all seemed subdued and only very few interacted with guests.
The choice of breakfast was minimal. In comparison with other hotels it was just about acceptable. Some of the seats were uncomfortable due to ware and tear. Ended up sitting on the frame rather than the leather clad seat cushion. The hallways were very dark and the room itself did not have adequate central lighting. The shower was a weak waterfall style shower with out a hose for extra use.

"Stayed in a Signature Suite spacious and spotless. Breakfast was one of the best I have tasted. Also would recommend getting a coffee out of machine in breakfast room Top class brew."

"Excellent deluxe balcony room especially as it was an up grade. Looked over Matthew St but with yhe tripe glazing had no disturbance at all. Bed was very comfortable. Staff were so helpful and chatty, also had the opportunity to leave luggage on last day so could explore with out it , think they also offer his service if you arrive early as we went to do tjis. But we're able to check in early which was a bonus."

"For the money, Aloft Liverpool represented the best value in a hotel I experienced in traveling three months in England, Wales and Scotland. The hotel is in an historic 100 year old building and the rooms are spacious with lots of natural outside light--even the bathroom. There are some great dining-drinking options nearby besides being close to the central core of Liverpool."
