"I didn’t get to stay here as I had no contact from the property until 1hr before check in.
I tried to call a disconnected number several times. Hotels.com tried to email and contact them on my behalf with no luck.
I had cancel my travel plans and business meeting because of this."

"Booked because of the history of the Beatles when we were coming to Liverpool to see Paul Simon.
Great decision, relaxing in the bar to great music, (not all Beatles) with very friendly staff, clean room and a great night sleep followed by welcoming breakfast.
One small point is when returning to hotel after the gig all bars were shut, staff accommodated us in bringing drinks to reception for us and a few others, but the amount of people who came back, tried the bar and went straight to their...

"The Richmond used to be a great property but feels neglected of late. Room given initially was so smelly, asked the manager and to his credit changed the room to something more pleasant.
Overall, the cleanliness is not great, lots of visible damage to the hotel, but only stayed for one night so made do.
Have stayed before an the hotel does have a nice wing which is newer but rest of it was poor and it's the second time I've needed a room change. "

"Had such an amazing stay! The garden view room was beautifully decorated and the bed was honestly one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. The spa had everything you could need, and the outdoor jacuzzis were perfect—especially with drinks served right to you from the menu. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout. I’ll definitely be booking again soon!"

"Great value and good location to get to Hill Dickenson stadium.
A bit of light coming through the curtains and around the door interfered with sleep. I would advise door closers to avoid the unintended slamming."
