"Really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, convenience for groceries (there is a grocery store right across although the prices are high), a shuttle bus that comes every 40 minutes to take you to a transfer point for the Haram. Breakfast could use improvement but the dine-in menu for room service is very good! Overall I was very impressed by the amenities and facilities (gym and a very well build mosque inside). They are extremely welcoming and available to tend to your every need. "

"Overall, the experience was good. The beds and bathroom were clean. The carpet was a little old and stained. The service was amazing overall. There were a few inaccuracies with the booking and the reality when it came to timing. For example the app said Checkout Time is 2:00pm and they had locked our room at 1:30pm. That was a little confusing. Compared to other hotels in the area, it was pretty good, though. "
