"Room not in great condition, rips in carpet, rust in bathroom ceiling, wallpaper in room and bathroom peeling and bathroom has a small hole in the wall. This was the second room we were switched to.. same issue with the other room but worse. Location was great amd so was the staff very accommodating and friendly."

"Upon checking in, we were informed of a major inconvenience: The water was turned off for 6 hours at the entire hotel on Wednesday April 15. Upon being turned back on, there was minimal water pressure and no hot water for 3 more hours. Also the room safe didn’t work. Finally, this property is in drastic need of renovation and refresh. Not up to Omni standards."

"Once you prompt to Expedia looking for a hotel having certain amenities, I always ask for shuttle bus to and from airport , WiFi, and breakfast, so in the case of the breakfast I had to pay for it, and in the counter only told me it’s no included ! But to The platform they did not say neither one , just let it flow as a trick . "

"Very friendly accommodations. It was raining and check-in is at 4 pm and I asked if we could check in any bit earlier. They held our luggage and said they will call when the room was ready. It was ready early. The room was clean. It did have the ocean view we paid for. The hotel is old and built of wood so it does creak (as one would expect). If this would bother you then look for a newly rebuilt structure. These things don’t bother me if there is a logical reason and it’s expected. These things...

"This is primarily a casino and the focus is on gaming. That said, once we found the front desk to check in, we were pleased with our choice. Complimentary valet parking for hotel guests meant we didn't have to drag our bags from the distant self-park lot. Jonathan at the front desk was very helpful. There's a Starbucks on property as well as a couple of options for quick snacks. The location was convenient for our travel and we would consider staying there again (we don't often have a need...

"A very nice Airport Hotel just about a block from the entrance to LAX. The airport shuttle runs every 15 minutes and was clean and efficient. We will definitely book another stay here in the near future."
