"Wonderful family run hotel - charming .Very hospitable and welcoming"

"The hotel is in a great location. The hotel is beautiful. The buffet breakfast had a good selection of food. Unfortunately the noise in the hotel ruined our experience. It sounded like furniture was being moved above and beside us all night. Also they have music playing in the hallways which is nice until you are trying to sleep then it sounds like someone is having a party. "

"Tout était parfait, l'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir le centre ville, une fois la voiture posée nous avons pu pleinement profiter à pieds, le petit déjeuner était très bien, le seul point "négatif" serait le manque d'extérieur mais honnêtement vu le cadre on s'en passe, la vue de la chambre appelle au calme et la détente. Personnel très serviable."

"I have stayed a few times. I really wanted to say better things about this trip…let me start with the good things. The staff are amazing. The food was amazing. The proximity to the metro, to the city center, incredible. However, this trip was not so great. I had a horrible time sleeping. The bed felt rounded so I kept falling in the middle of the two twin beds (to make a king). The room wouldn’t cool even though I had my ac on full blast. I called down to get them to turn my room temp down but...

"We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again. "
