"The staff was really kind. VIP area was also very nice! I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. The beach area was also at a really good point on the island which was gorgeous."

"El personal en general es muy atento y eficiente. Me gustaría señalar el buen trabajo de Francia supervisora encargada en el hotel, fue muy eficiente, amable y eficaz. Le doy un 10/10. La limpieza (Francisca) fue muy buena también, la comida, en fin la instalación en general no tengo ninguna queja al respecto. Muy buena experiencia en todos los aspectos, volveré a repetir el próximo año sin duda. "

"I had a pleasant and beautiful stay. While the entertainment was not particularly engaging, I appreciated the nightly activities that were planned out. The male staff around the resort were incredibly helpful, welcoming, and cheerful. However, the female staff members were not as friendly and welcoming, which was disappointing. Despite this, the overall experience was positive."
