"We had a wonderful time at this resort. Everything was clean, and you could always see staff cleaning around the resort. The food was delicious and refilled quickly. Staff was friendly and quick. We have two little ones, so we spent most of our time at the kids pool or the beach. They also loved the kids show at night. Our room was very quiet, and we got a crib for our 12-month old. "

"The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean."

"Cannot recommend this resort enough. It is absolutely beautiful! Staff was amazing. It’s the best food I’ve ever had at an AI, both in the variety and in the quality. It is worth upgrading the platinum just for the butler service alone. Glaister and Rajuan were our butlers and we will be requesting them when we go back."

"A toilet keep clogging up take forever to get help bathroom sink clogged up waiting for maintenance. Three hours. Food was good but to get things done in the room horrible."

"Stayed 04/26/26 to 04/29/26. Front desk (Moya) staff was friendly and accommodating. The dining staff was great. Dawn did excellent working the Italiano area solo. The pool bar bartender on 04/26/26 was very friendly and could change the mood of the pool area with music. He worked the dining area later and was friendly there as well. Housekeeping was good. The downside was the whole time I was there, the hot tub was not hot or bubbly. I enjoyed the hotel's 10 year anniversary...

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! Although we originally planned for four nights, we had to leave after three due to an emergency and fly back to the States. The staff overall were wonderful. We especially loved the courtesy and service from the buffet restaurant team—they were warm, attentive, and truly made our dining experience enjoyable. That said, the service at the Jamaican and Italian restaurants could use some improvement. The servers there seemed disengaged, almost as if...

"Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. When I noticed my spirits was not replenished the next day I called the desk...

The food was a highlight, with plenty of great dinner options, but the Asian restaurant was hands down the best—absolutely worth going more than once. "Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."

"Overall the property was great! Beach is amazing and staff was very friendly. Food was very good as far as all inclusives go. Getting reservations for the restaurants is difficult and the process to book for more than 2 people a little wonky. Be prepared to be frustrated there but not a deal breaker for us. We will go back simply for that beach."
