"I was pleasantly surprised to find this hotel last minute on Expedia for a really great bundled deal. I cannot stop talking about this hotel, definitely one of the best I have been to. I did a solo trip, and it was perfect! Not too crowded, the layout was thoughtful, and the rooms are incredibly comfortable. I will definitely make this an annual R&R visit. Can't wait for the casino to open!"

"The property was clean and well maintained. Staff is very accommodating. However, they were redoing the resort, so half of the resort was closed off. So, restaurants to attend were limited. Room service can improve because when it arrived at your door, it was always cold and they had no microwaves."

"The hotel is nice but it’s not so luxurious! Something about the room looked dated the furniture was cheap. There was no wow factor. The lobby is nice and the food was great. We had a relaxing spa session. Kayla at the front desk is a jewel. The drinks were delicious and strong! All the staff were terrific and just so pleasant and attentive. We will return!!!"

"The azul beach resort was genuinely one of the best vacations me and my partner have ever been on. It was so relaxing, the sounds of the ocean; the staff being incredibly kind and showing they want us to have an enjoyable stay, and plenty of things for you to be able to do activity wise or excursions. But would highly recommend to anyone, though I will say it is the only all inclusive resort I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy and as of right now plan to return for sure. The shower was cold for two...

"The room doors needed to be fix the wind blows the door all night like if someone was trying to get in room, Also no ventilation in the bathroom, basically there rooms need a upgrade.."

"Beautiful setting, good food and the staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. The building and pools were definitely aging and in need of a facelift. Beach in this area is very rocky and full of seaweed, therefore didnt spend much time in the ocean. I do wish some of the noise from traffic on the road could be blocked, it made sitting on the balcony in the early mornings a little less enjoyable. Long drive from Montego Bay airport, but in my opinion well worth it for the privacy."
