Cari Hotel di Jamaica

"Princess is a beautiful property. The food was great, drinks are really good poolside ask for Jason”. My swimout room was clean and the staff friendly. I didn’t like the fact there is no pool umbrellas to lounge pool side, you are sitting in the sun baking. The dress is very strict when getting food please be mindful of that. Overall my trip was great entertainment team was amazing love lady phoenix."

"Overall, the resort property is good, but the customer service was awful. As Privilege guests, we paid a premium for a relaxing, high-tier experience but left feeling tired and incredibly frustrated due to a severe lack of communication and follow-through. A month later, management still has NOT RESPONDED to my formal complaint. We spent our trip being passed from person to person trying to fix a loud AC/maintenance issue: • Sun, Sept 6: Awakened by loud, strange noises in our room. • Mon, Sept...

"Great place to stay and enjoy yourself"

"Over friendliness staff was the brst"

"When they offer you a room upgrade make sure it’s an upgrade. I booked double room ocean view and the upgraded me to a non ocean view room… I had to change rooms because my point of booking ocean view was for the ocean… then they gave me a smaller room than I originally booked"

"Everyone was engaging from the moment I set foot on the property. The security staff at the property entrance, the reservation staff, the restaurant staff, the room service staff, the lifeguards, the entertainment crew, and everyone I may have missed, were professional, courteous, positive, and friendly. Honestly, I hope they are well compensated!"

"Nothing was appealing with this property"

"Very clean hotel, staff was amazing I will recommend to friends ! Thank you for a great time."

"RIU Negril is an excellent choice if traveling to Jamaica. Hotel is great and has wonderful staff. The rooms are large and comfortable. True bar included. The beach is clean and very picturesque. They offer catamaran tours and more. Food is excellent. Lots of variety, meats, seafood, snacks. We used main restaurant, skipping the alacarte. Good drinks and coffee. The entertainment was good. Some very good. Perfect stay at RIU."

"Small hotel, the staff was alright. Nothing special. Location was good, not located directly on the beach but just across the street. Busy street but there's someone there to help you across so that good. The food was quite nice and a few different options were available."

"Staff rude . I went to a early morning meeting and came back at 10 AM and I couldn’t get in the room to even use the bathroom. I was directed to use the restroom somewhere else called Expedia and they were supposed to call me back and I am still waiting"

"100% am going again loved this resort!"
