"I think this is a great resort for families with kids. Food is very good, arrangements for kids are great , drinking options also great. The staff is friendly and tries to entertain you. If you are a swimmer or like quietness, this is not the resort for you. It is in general a noisy place. Swimming was practically denied for me though the pool was there. "Some staff are not friendly. In the dining area a waiter was quite rude, demanding for me to say please before serving me. The representative who booked me for the Spa was quite resourceful and professional. However on arrival for the treatment I did not get a robe, I was not offered a locker and when I asked I was told I would get it later. I was told that there were amenities that I could make use off no one walked me through these amenities. I think there should be a routine process in place...

"Overall the resort was nice. The restaurants were really good however the buffet style could use some more variety in food/fruit choices. A lot of the food choices were repetitive throughout our time there. The best part of our stay was the Jerk Hut. Amazing jerk chicken!! The “night time” shows were a little boring as they as a rock show and bingo. A different selection should be considered. Despite it all, it was a nice time."

"I enjoyed my stay at RIU Palace. I particularly enjoyed the access to the other resorts. I however felt watched by security and felt inconvenienced a lot by some staff. It seems a lot is done through app. We didn’t learn how to use it til day 3 when head guy at dinner showed us. "The staff was amazing everyone we spoke to except the nurse and yasaunna were incredible. They were warm friendly helpful and just overall incredible. Barrington, Javier, kierah, chef Marcus, Chef Anthony, and Suttoni, were wonderful but yasaunna is horrible especially for her to be a big customer service supervisor she knows nothing about customer service. Also, the chairs in the dining room buffet are stressful they take away from the dining experience."
