"Amenities fee was exorbitant, especially when I didn’t use most of the amenities. But I wasn't given the opportunity to refuse the amenities package, which was for two people - I was traveling solo. Breakfast was good, room was clean and quiet, bed was comfortable. "

"This stay was for a Mother/Son annual Cubs outing. Location is great and allows for maximum walkability. We were able to walk there from ORD blue line train and to red line for Wrigleyville. Staff was courteous and helpful. Rooms are nice size and clean. We had a partial view of the lake which was amazing. This was the best hotel gym I’ve been in and I regularly stay at 4/5 star hotels. Overall, an excellent experience and will definitely stay there again on upcoming trips. "
