Very good

Staffs are very friendly and attentive. Spa suite is very spacious, clean and comfortable. When we arrived,we were welcomed with a refreshing mocktail at the bar while they processed our check-in for us.The customer service is excellent. The swimming pool and surrounding of the hotel is very beautiful .

Overall room is clean. Toilet got bidet. Next to 1 Utama Shopping Mall. Near MRT station. Parking is ok, free parking for hotel guests. Kind and friendly staff. Easy check-in and check-out.

I like the staff greeted me with a smile, the parking was easy to find as the basement parking is designated for hotel guests, the room is spacious and clean, and the hotel is linked to 1 Utama. The room is quite spacious， I suggest adding a chair or lounge chair into the room. It will feel more comfortable and look warm.

Value for money

Got bridge connected to mall(setia city mall). Staff was friendly. Our room prepared late but they did compensate us to check out late too. BREAKFAST IS TIP TOP! Definitely recommend here

The room is a bit odd as we were given the attic, with no carpet on, and the bathroom shower part is not so clean in the valve-faucet part and the gutter probably clogged a bit as the water takes time to really sink into it. The table is facing the window and no vanity area with table/consort table and mirror in the room itself and i have to stand in front of the long mirror next to our bed to do my facial regime and donning clothes. Our department was organizing academic conference for 2 days, so the staffs are staying at this hotel. 5-stars hotel with all perfection in the services especially reception and housekeeping... Room is spacious, the bed is comforting, bathtub and shower rain provided separately in the bathroom Food and beverages were pricey but that is the standard of 5-stars hotel, therefore acceptable. Thank you all Pullman staffs for making our work-stay a pleasant memory.

Room quite comfortable, reasonable price

Great location and food

This time it’s a bigger room of 44m2 vs previously 25m2. There was a living room and basically all amenities are premium level with a coffee machine. A worthy choice.

Quite spaces

Pros: very new and clean, good price, happy to be able to make tea and coffee, good water pressure in shower, good sized room and bed. Cons: reception staff could only speak Malay, did not like sink outside of bathroom with no counter space for toiletries, did not like purple LED light running along cupboards, hotel is with newly opened mall and car park right at the top levels with all levels of the car park looking unfinished, it’s not a nice first impression.
