"Highlight was definitely the onsen. This is the best onsen I have ever used in any area of Japan. It's huge, there are so many different options for baths, and the women's open air bath was so beautiful and picturesque in the middle of winter, right next to a snow covered mountain. It was spotless clean and they provide so many amenities. We stayed in a Japanese style room and it was lovely. The different wings weren't actually as spread out as it seemed so nothing was too far away. Buffet...

"I had a very large room with a nice view. Had a whole table with 4 chairs, kitchenette-burner stove, utensils, plates, separate sink to do dishes, microwave, washer/dryer. They changed pajamas, towels, and emptied trash daily. Buffet breakfast is good. Nice view out the window while eating breakfast too. "I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED with the condition of the room during my stay. With a rate of over MYR1,000 per night, the experience did not reflect the standard expected from a Crowne Plaza property. The hotel room is so small for 3 person. Can only open 1 Large luggage and need to close it to open another large luggage. The bathtub was clogged, the exhaust vent was dirty and rusted, and the grab bars in the bathroom were corroded and unhygienic. Overall, the room looked worn and poorly maintained. (Photos attached.) Frankly, with that price point, I could have stayed at far better hotels in Sapporo. This was the WORST among all the hotels I’ve stayed at on this trip including both local and international chains. It was not worth the premium rate."
