"I missed my flight from T5 and booked the Sofitel at LHR. I was expecting a pretty standard airport hotel - but the Sofitel was outstanding. Extremely clean and comfortable room, with Balmain products in the bathroom, bathrobe and coffee tray with tea and biscuits. A really elevated experience that turned a disappointing day (missing my flight) into something memorable. Would definitely recommend!"

"Third hotel close to Heathrow that I've stayed in recently, and this is by far the best.
Really quiet, very smart room, with a big bed and good quality bedding.
The bar food is perfectly good, so there's no need to wander off looking for something.
There are bus stops close by to catch public transport to and from the airport (T2/T3)
We were going to use the hotel hopper service, but it was much more expensive and less frequent.

"Great facilities. Wide variety of choice for breakfast, however queues were aroubnd 30-40 mins wait during peak times i.e 9am. Would avoid if needing to set off for legoland early. Room clean. Parking expensive@ 15
per night. "
