"Beautiful view and beach access was very nice! Wish the pool was bigger. There were times I wanted to get in and only five people would be in it and it was full. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was pretty good ate there a few times. All rooms are different and the one we stayed in was outdated."

"The hotel was very nice. The rooms are big and clean. The staff were very nice. Also has a good breakfast buffet and hot coffee and cookies in the late afternoon. I used the laundry room and the washer and dryer worked very well. It’s also in a great location so all in all I would give this hotel 5 stars."

"This is an excellent little gem. Important things to me: cleanliness, comfortable bed, quiet, friendly staff. Willow Lodge is a ten out of ten in all of those categories. While staying don’t forget to ask about the widows walk. There is a very nice restaurant right next to the lodge. A little pricey but the food is delicious. Make a reservation."

An unwelcome tone no matter what the question or concern was she was rude and not accommodating at all. No sense of compassion or understanding. Our room was booked 4 months ago...never saw that the pool was closed for renovations. In person the office staff just quoted that Facebook had the update of pool closure. Searching through the Facebook page I found the pool closure (and yes 1 post..17...
