Check In Staff was very pleasant and helpful with amenities on property. I would have like to have more options of snacks from a vending machine. There were a few items at check in and she did says there were vending machines, I only found with soda and water. I had an event happen that made me get to hotel about 2am. With no outside restaurants open and a gas station at opposite side of road I came from, some crackers or salty sweet snack outside of chips would have helped get me through to breakfast. Otherwise, everything was great! Thank you

The room smelled clean, bed was nice, clean and comfortable, shower had stains from a cleaner, carpet needed replaced. Water was barely warm enough for a shower and the second night the warm water turned cool mid shower. That was a cold shower and my sister ended up not getting a shower because of no hot water. The breakfast staff was pleasant and Cynthia made our morning. She was so friendly and greeted us with a “good morning” and light conversation. She was very diligent with maintaining warm breakfast food and helping in any way she could.
