"Property is definitely run down and smells very musty- especially with all the rain and carpet being everywhere not ideal for rainy locations.
NO ELEVATORS! I did not see this until I read a Google review, helping 3 small children and all our luggage is not practical to the 3rd(technically 4th) floor. (I did not know our room was the 4th floor until the night before or else I would have cancelled for a refund)
Quick walk to the beach, and individual room was very clean.
