"Very nice property in a convenient location. It is, however, near many nightclubs and the parties went on until 6 AM all four nights of our stay. While the noise did not keep us up (we were on the 6th floor), it was certainly noticeable. But otherwise a great place to stay and that didn’t really detract from our visit."

"Beautiful hotel that is across the street from Kyoto Station. Amenities include free coffee, tea, bath house for Men and Women, massage chairs, coin laundry, breakfast for a fee and a safe in the room. They also offer complimentary toiletries. It is across the street from Don Quiote and a 7 min walk to Aeon Mall. 5/5 stay! The arent many restaurants nearby."

"We stayed here for 3 nights and were genuinely impressed by the size of the room and bathroom. Everything was clean, modern, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, and they made us feel very welcome. We also absolutely loved the location. "

"I did not have breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot really comment about it. But by what I experienced at the hotel I am pretty sure it would have been pretty good. On arrival at the hotel I was given a free upgrade which I was very happy with. It was a very large, very clean room with a double bed and a great view from the window. Sorry I forgot to take any photos of the room. It was only about a 8 min walk from the train station. All the staff were very nice and friendly. I had a fantastic time there. Cheers"

"Clean room, serviced daily, the cleaning staff are very thorough with replenishing new towels and pajamas! Staff was welcoming, I loved the introvert check-in/out systems! The hotel is near Kyoto station and alot of places around, would stay again!"

"I've read all the reviews, and I'm baffled by any negative responses. This hotel exceeded our expectations. We're a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) and we booked the family quad (7th floor room) which was simply amazing. 2 bathrooms, sitting area and plenty of room- this was a big room even by American standards. Plenty of amenities: waters daily, sleep tablets, toothbrushes, brushes, pajamas to wear, coffee/soda in the basement, pour over drip coffee and kettle in the room. I just can't think of anything to complain about. I see what people have said about it being a bit far from things, as it was maybe a 15 minute walk to Nishiki Market or Gion district, but that was never a problem for us. The train stop was 200 meters away from the hotel entrance. The convenience stores were right below us. The staff brought us cappuccinos as we checked in. And the sweet hotel gym had a full set of free weights, 2 bikes, a few treadmills and other equipment. It was nicer than many American gyms. Again- nothing to complain about here! Beautiful hotel. "

"Rooms were clean. Breakfast was excellent. We have 2 choices. The buffet at Le Temp or the japanese restaurant on M3. My son tried the japanese style BF set and said its delicious. If we are going back in Kyoto. I will choose the same hotel. "
