Did not tell me this and only found out upon looking at my CC statement and seeing the name of the hotel's holding company and the amount. Saying 10 days to reverse the charge."

"This is our first time at this hotel. It usually takes me few days to feel comfortable but this hotel was a real exception since we checked in I really felt like home from all aspects. Im surely returning to this hotel and surely bringing the rest of the family too ! "

"Great location and bar with a/c during heatwave. Staff was very helpful although one person told me my friend wasn’t booked there when he actually was. Toilets were closed down on multiple floors in the evening."

"Great experience at Stella Hotel. Excellent location very close to the Metro accessible to several trains. Location was safe, and quiet. The balcony was such a great perk!! The view was so pretty! The staff was lovely. The only cons are the room was small, and the walls could use a little better cleaning and work. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend."
