The checkin in the second floor is unusual. My husband arrived with 5 bags and there was no one to assist him, which posed a bit of a problem, shelping the bags from the curb inside. Otherwise, the room was great and staff were friendly and helpful.

Excellent hotel, so so location

Excellent facility and service. Only thing to be aware is that it is at least a mile away from any of the major attractions and Uber and taxi can sometimes be hard to get. The hotel itself, though is great and the staff was excellent!

Booked the same day of stay. Reception stored our bags for us while we were out for the day. Checkin later was quick and our luggage arrive within 5 min of getting to the room

It was nice and very tourist friendly, definitely more luxurious than other nearby hotels. I wish the shower had a door though, water got EVERYWHERE

Great hotel in Paris

The hotel is in a great location. Once we came out of the hotel take a walk to the right of the hotel and cross the street and you come to a lovely area with great restaurants and shops. Very convenient. The hotel offered an amazing breakfast and the staff were fabulous. I will definitely come again.

We had a good stay of six nights. The best part of the hotel services was the concierge staff. They were tremendously helpful in directing us to what we wanted to see and assisting with tickets etc.

This hotel was top-notch in every way. The room was modern, yet comfortable. The staff was friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was overwhelming with all the delicious options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Without a doubt, I'd stay here again.
