"Upon arrival staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was better than i expected, it was clean and tidy and on my second day the room was cleaned up for me again , the location was very good as there was a metro station 2 mins away which was very accessible and a 17mins walk to arc de trump but it was good "

"This hotel was perfect for a week in Paris. Very conveniently located but not too busy. There are lots of shops, restaurants and transportation nearby. It's a very short walk to the Eiffel Tower, and easy access to all the other major attractions. The hotel itself was very clean, quiet, and comfortable. The room had a very spacious bathroom, nice comfortable bed, coffee and tea, and free water bottles upon arrival. One of the best things about this hotel is there is a resident cat who is so cute...

"We had a great stay at Rayz Eiffel in Paris. What stood out most was the excellent staff, especially a young Black man whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. He was incredibly helpful, respectful, and spoke English very well, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. He welcomed us with croissants, provided us with a charger converter, and whenever we needed anything, he accommodated us quickly and kindly. "The lobby was under construction, we got in early and was never allowed to check in early insure of rooms being available. The receptionist Baptiste had no idea of what he was doing, he also lacks empathy and compassion. The lobby was dusty and noisy which was due to their construction. The room 7080 air condition was broken and no one ever showed up in the 6 days to fix it. It was hot and miserable."
