"Cute, modern room with a living area and a separate bedroom, which made it feel spacious and comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was great as well. Our unit didn’t face directly toward the Gulf, but the beach was just steps away, right outside the door, which was still very convenient. We had food delivered easily, parking was simple, and communication with the host was excellent through text. Overall, it was a relaxing and easy stay. We would definitely come back...

"The ringling house was a great location. Our unit was recently renovated and very nice. The beds were comfortable. It was a great proximity to the beach and the village. The staff was helpful and came right to us when we called about beach chairs. Susan was great and checked in often and was quick to respond. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers...

"Our stay at The Residences was phenomenal in every single way and our villa was incredible and so very clean and well appointed!! It truly exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to return! We loved everything about the property and the staff were all amazing as well!! Teddy in the valet service area was a tremendous help with our luggage and groceries and he always had a smile! The cleaning ladies always did a fantastic job also! I loved the small gym on site and the breakfast area as well....

"Upon arriving at the resort, found this place to be charming. Our room had a kitchenette with small dining table and 4 chairs, 2 queen beds - which were very comfortable and a nice bathroom. The court yard was lovely! The pool was nice as well! Beach access about a 3-4 minute walk away from the resort. Lastly, I want to give a shoutout to the staff in the office. They could not have been nicer! Plan on booking another stay at Captive Beach resort next year. "
