"Dtaff were very helpful and friendly. Late check out was offered if i signed up into the group which was free. The only drawback os the the bar closing at 11 when we landed quite a lot later than that. Otherwise 5/5 "

"Room was just as advertised and had everything we needed - except hair conditioner. Easy and helpful check-in staff. Clean. The collection of buildings were absolutely stunningly cute and well-maintained, especially for the age, and nice explorable grounds. Not much open in the area or walkable past evening time. Quick cab ride to Stanstead. Beds a bit on the short size, rooms could use fans in the summer. Opening the windows was an option but we were on the road side which was surprisingly...

"Everything was fine ! Checkout staff was not the friendliest, but check in staff was kind and friendly. "

"A one night stay for us, before catching an early flight from Southend Airport, lovely attentive staff throughout the hotel. We dined in the restaurant which has great views over the airport, the food was equally great. A veey pleasurable but short stay."

"I stayed here when it was Theobalds Park and the hotel is going through a full renovation which can make the place look totally unfinished. The only negative was that there was no work desk in my room - but I was told that this is going to be rectified and most room do have a desk. I would definitely stay again "

"Great facilities but the room would benefit from better cleaning "

"The food in restaurant was excellent we had 3 course and it was all delicious. The steam was out of order on Friday which did spoil that spa experience for us but luckily it was working the following day "
