"Booked this hotel due to the proximity to Surabaya airport. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the airport which was great. Rooms were comfortable with AC. There was a strong, unpleasant smell of food when the bathroom fan was left on. Not much in terms of the local surrounding area. When we called for room service at 6pm they said it was closed. But if you need a hotel close to the airport then this is the one."

"The hotel is nice. It is very well maintained and reasonably prices. However it is old. Sooner or later it will have to undergo massive refurbishment. It’s been a while since i have seen aircon control by flip switches. Not that i mind. It just shows it is old. Yet very well maintained. And the breakfast is ok. "

"In university are, rooms are occupied by the student and they come and go throughout the day so the elevator is always busy. Lobby is not on ground level and the elevator to the ground level is separated to the one goes to your room. The cleaning staff is very polite and friendly"
