"This hotel is in an excellent location near promenades, churches , restaurants etc. The room was clean. I love that they give you extra pillows They give you access to their in-house laundry facilities for 5 euro. It always helps the stay to have an informed and an attentive staff."

"10 minute walk from central station with large case very swift check in staff were excellent and very helpful throughout our stay asked for extra pillows got them without a problem 10 minute walk in to city centre good budget hotel only used for sleeping at night as out all day would definitely recommend."

"Not worth the price, never again
Pros - overall room was quiet (despite very creaky floor boards and some noise with guests going and coming); room clean. Wifi and TV worked well. Shower had plenty of hot water. Bed was comfortable.
Cons - poor communication from hotel. Was sent a message saying I could leave my luggage at the hotel prior to checkin. When I arrived, no staff were in the building to let me in. The same message stated I could not check in until 4.30pm despite the Expedia website...

"The mattress was the worse I’ve ever had in my life. It actually squeaked every time either of us moved. Extremely uncomfortable. For the very high price we paid, this is unacceptable.
In addition to this they charged me for WiFi after I talked twice to the front desk and both tie they promised they would remove it."
