"On arrival the desk staff (4 of them) didn’t even acknowledge us when we walked in. The one that eventually did was very helpful. The room and facilities were good although when you book a room for 3 it isn’t rocket science to work out that you will need 3 cups, coffee pod, robes, etc. One of the 2 robes in the room was badly ripped and unusable.
