Clean room, asked for a different pillow and was given one promptly. Lots of rules. No room service. Mary Ann and MJ were excellent servers - both showed great respect, care & truly deserve a promotion!! Our view was exceptional!!!!!!

Panglao was a lovely place to visit. The only the down side it the activities like the Balicasag Island hopping is not well coordinated and organized.
