"Has potential, but definitely needs improvement. Check-in instructions not rec'd 24-48 hrs as indicated on booking. Had to message them. No instructions if parking area full (VERY limited) - you have to pay if you park on the street. Air conditioner old & rattled so loud we couldn't sleep (room 101). Moved to 106 (mini split, much quieter). Both rooms had multiple lightbulbs burned out. Wifi was spotty at best. The rooms were clean, and had a fridge, some dishes & coffee maker. The rain...

"Pretty simple check in. Never really had to interact with staff in person. Room was kind of vintage theme like the property. Clean everything we used worked. Didn't use the kitchen really but all looked to be in good condition. Bed was firm tempurpedic i think. Quiet area, very short walk to a good beach.
Tiki tiki about 3 blocks away has great food and a good happy hour. 😁

"Great place to stay if you’re visiting Hollywood beach.
Nice good sized room, immaculate inside with kitchen equipment if you need it. Set back around 100 metres from the broadwalk and beach. Good dining options and shopping.
I arrived an hour before check in and they let me have a room with no waiting around. Free towels available for use at the beach and or pool. Air con in the room which was needed!"

"Owners take care of the property, pool was clean, new lounge chairs and tables at the pool area. Gas grill was available. Room was clean and odor free, air conditioner worked properly. Over all great location and accommodations for a weekend stay. Close to the boardwalk, you don't have to pay for parking while visiting Lauderdale by the sea restaurants and shops. Also available were beach chairs and umbrellas free to use saving rental fees. We would recommend as it was a great value for the...
