Check in was a breeze. Room had a terrible, artificial, strong deodorizer. Chairs just outside the room for people to smoke. Floor was the dirtiest ever. Couldn’t stand to have my shoes off. Great location but won’t be staying there again.

The hotel was very basic. No pool, no amenities, not even a smart TV. Our door was not even functional, the key card did not work, we had to use a physical key. The room smelled old and musty, however the location was amazing. Very close to the beach and pumping nightlife. Also the free parking was a plus.

We had just been on a cruise and was staying 1 night in Fort Lauderdale before going home. The location was great. The room was clean but whatever cleaner or room fresher they used was a bit overwhelming. The courtyard was very nice to sit at night or early morning, just needed to be swept a bit. Staff was very accommodating. We would stay again.

The rooms are nothing like their photos! The photos are most definitely from when the place was brand new. Our room was for the most part clean, the floor was not. You had to leave your shoes on or your feet turned black and if you stained the sheets or towels they would keep your $100 deposit. However, they are just down the street from the beach and a short walk to some shops and restaurants.

Our room itself was clean, the walls so thin we could hear the man snoring in the next room, so glad they was not party goings next to us. the office space was very cluttered and did not give a good first impression. The staff was hard to find when arrived to check in. The location is only a short walk from the beach, lots of food options and shopping along the beach street. I forgot my jacket in the room closet after many attempts to contact them through email and phone I finally got through and was told to call back in 2 hrs. The voice mail was full, I have tried multiple times and still have not heard back from them. Very disappointing.

We ended up booking a different hotel after we checked in and saw our room. The location is great, but the room photos did not match the photos on the website. The mattresses is paper thing and the room had a musty smell. The door swings out, not in so wasnt anyway to double lock the door.

Pros: the room was clean and it’s a quick walk to the beach. Cons: folks at the reception desk ( with the exception of one guy who was working Sunday morning) were very unfriendly and not welcoming at all, I mean, not even a “hello.” The room was clean but spartan, bed was rock hard, bedspread dingy and worn, no hair dryer, no cups, no coffee. The place gets a 3* for location only
