"Fantastic location very close to Wembley stadium and train/tube station, very easy check in/out, deposit was refunded quickly. Reception area clean and tidy staff were friendly. Lift was rickety with the doors shaking as it went up and down but it was bright and clean. Carpets in the corridors tired and stained. The room was large and spacious air con was great and can be changed in the room although it resets back to the default setting when you leave the room for a while, room was clean apart from the stained carpet, bed and pillows were really comfortable, plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, also a mini fridge and a safe which was handy although the fridge was quite noisy, room was well sound proofed could not hear much from outside which was great as the hotel was full of football fans but it did also make the sound of the fridge seem louder. Tea and coffee selection was ok, 3 types of tea bags and normal and decaf coffee but only 2 of each and only 4 milk pots. We had no spoon so had to go to reception to get one. A bit disappointing that we went to have a drink in the bar downstairs at 8pm only to find it closed! Which we found a bit strange."

"Dirtiest hotel I have stayed in. Filthy stained sheets that should have been replaced a long time ago. Broken mattress and shower. Gave the hotel a chance to rectify but they were not interested. Avoid"

"Large, comfortable rooms and quiet, beautiful area. There should be caffeinated coffee in the hotel room, or at least in the lobby. There were two little packets of instant decaf coffee, no microwave, and an electric kettle that didn't seem to be working. "

"The staff were very friendly and pleasant. The building itself needs modernising. I did not feel the pictures online accurately reflect the rooms. The room we had was large but was very hot. No air con, only a desk fan on one side of the bed. The TV was tiny in the corner of the room. The en-suite was miniscule, I was hugging the sink. The bed was clean but the duvet was old and very thin, practically thread bare. I slept okay but unfortunately wouldn't want to stay again for the price I paid for the room. There was a car park which was a bonus but it was not secure. Location wise it was perfect to get to Kingsbury Tube station to get into London. "
