"Well all you need to know is we passed the police raiding with Tasers drawn in the corridor as we were leaving... Unclean, unwelcoming locked front door, very tired fittings, mouldy, musty smelling, broken tap, could go on. Recommended if you want to be on Police camera action. "

"Clean and friendly. Good place for grabbing sleep before an early flight out of Heathrow terminal 5. Had a fire alarm go off (it was New Year’s Eve so you can guess why it went off) but staff did a great job following procedures and clearing us to quickly get back to our rooms. Only complaint is while there are USB outlets near the beds, the only outlets were across the room which is a problem for those of us who sleep with CPAP machines."
