"The property is huge which is good if you don’t mind moving around, jumping across the 3 hotels, walking far from your room to the main area. The part we really didn’t appreciate is that they con you to attend a presentation which is nothing more than a timeshare. They don’t take no for an answer - they called us daily at 7am to Ask about it. We ended up wasting 4 hours listening to A presentation even if they said 90 mins. Definitely a watch out."

"We enjoyed our stay at the Hilton all inclusive. The staff was extremely friendly ( especially David and Aylin in concierge). The food was all delicious, especially their steak house. The drinks were good, typical all inclusive styled drinks. I will note however, the property is located quite a ways from the Hotel Zone, we went during the sargassum peak time so the water was a little murky. We spent most of the time in the pool.
