"Staffs were nice, and hotel was clean enough. We had given many options for food. Unfortunately, we had a difficult night due to SECURITY BREACH. One of the guy attacked me, I injured by the guy, called to desk for the security. No one showed up. We went down to the desk to see what’s happening and saw the guy was arrested by the police. We canceled the trip and bought a last minute flight tickets. We asked for the full refund, staff didn’t help us."

"Fui con mi pareja y tuvimos una excelente experiencia durante nuestra estancia. Era nuestra primera vez en el hotel y superó nuestras expectativas. Desde el check-in, todo el personal fue muy amable y atento, los bellboys, servicio a la habitación y el equipo que nos apoyó con las reservaciones para las cenas. Disfrutamos mucho de las instalaciones, las albercas y los bares. El personal sin duda le da un toque especial, nos invitaron a jugar Blackjack en la alberca DEZ y a varias actividades...

"Great food in all restaurants, delicious"

"The property was beautiful and modernized. The pool areas were nicely maintained. However, the majority of the staff were rude and like my or my husbands asking of anything was burdensome. Our dinner at the Asian restaurant was so poor one evening that we sat for 15 minutes before my husband had to ask if anyone was going to serve us. Even then, our orders were taken and we were never checked on again while the couple next to us had to members of the wait staff checking on them several times...
