"Definitely did not feel like a 5 star hotel as listed… don’t even include still bottled water etc. Front desk staff not very friendly. Room was clean but definitely feel like they skimped on some of the amenities. Room was listed to have record player and didn’t, only received after calling and asking. Rooftop bar was closed for a private event so I didn’t even get to check that out. Vip drink ticket was only given to me after I asked. "

"We had the most amazing stay at The Fullerton Hotel. The accommodation was absolutely beautiful, the room was luxurious and we had the perfect view because it was Vivid and the lights was amazing. The location is excellent too so central and close to everything which made our night exploring the city so easy. What really made our stay special was the incredible staff. "Room was pretty run down. Had Ants crawling across the counter and the shower leaked really bad which flooded the bathroom. Staff charged our account for parking when it was agreed we would pay cash. Bar took 40 minutes to make 2 drinks."

"Staff was really friendly and helpful. Condition of rooms that I was allocated was not. First room the Black out blinds could not be shut and was stuck. They assigned me to another room and the heating in that room does not work. The location of the toiletries such as body gel, shampoo and conditioner was at the end of the bathtub, other end of the shower head.... I had to carefully walk down the end of bathtub to get to them and bathtub was quite slippery."

"I loved staying on the 40th floor, spectacular views morning and night. Loved that each room in our 3 bedroom condo had some sort of view of the ocean and that there were 3 bathrooms!! It was nice having plenty of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, clean towels and supplies in the kitchen. (And hair dryers) The Hilton staff was warm and professional. "Staff at reception was not friendly or helpful. Strict about check in time, didn’t let us in even for an hour earlier. We were so tired after a long flight from Canada. They made us waited in the lobby till 3pm. Also, they did not provide slippers because of our room was not “luxury” enough… only gave us one pair after I promised to give them a review.
