"Holes in the sun shade curtains,no shower curtain, Rusty toilet paper holder,no microwave and the door had a gap that funneled the wind right under the door. Ordered the executive garden apartment and I got a room with no garden. As far as I was concerned that I had actually ordered the room with breakfast included. In the check in process I was informed that I didn't have breakfast included. Noisey hallways and can hear the next door apartment's noise. The whole experience was not good and I...

"On arrival, our family suite was clean and well presented. It had all the necessities such as full kitchen, washer, dryer and outdoor amenities. Woolworths and pharmacy is a short 5min walk down the road which made things super convenient.
The staff are very friendly and notified us when our room was ready for check in. Would definitely recommend and book here again next time we are in the Gold coast."

"We had to change from a better room and downgraded ourselves to a smaller room as the previous was in a horrible condition. Hotel staff was happy to change us but did not refund for any downgrade. Can i please request for a refund of the downgrad"

"Staff was really friendly and helpful. Condition of rooms that I was allocated was not. First room the Black out blinds could not be shut and was stuck. They assigned me to another room and the heating in that room does not work. The location of the toiletries such as body gel, shampoo and conditioner was at the end of the bathtub, other end of the shower head.... I had to carefully walk down the end of bathtub to get to them and bathtub was quite slippery."
