"Stay was ok! Room was very nice, spacious as well. Appreciated the little kitchenette during our stay. Service from check in was not very friendly. I felt like I was just a number and they just wanted me to pass through.

"Really on was ok .. pool and hot tubs were very well used. Constant pounding of heavy feet from room above us was very annoying! Television’s were very inconsistent in there feed .

"I don’t recommend the rooms with balconies, which are all on the second floor. They look directly out to the parking lot; cars are parked literally right below. The quality of breakfast was a big disappointment. They served old fruit s, worst yogurts ever, and cheapest bagels/bread. (We really felt guilty throwing food away. We simply couldn’t consume them, even though we were hungry.)

"The cabin had amazing views of banff and the mountains. The beds were comfortable. The on site amenities were good. I would definitely stay there again. The check in process was easy and staff were friendly and approachable. Very comfortable stay!!"
