"Generally the property is old. The rooms are clean and bed are comfortable. Otherwise, it is just ok. Staff are efficient but no wow factor. 15min walk to downtown. Free parking."

"A hiding gem that just half an hour from Jasper on Highway 16. A heritage log lodge with an 11/10 panoramic view of the close Rockies. Cozy, roomy lodge, spacious rooms, over and above staff that made our very special occassion stay awesome. Food was 1st class. This is most definitely a return vacation stay. Thank you Overlander Mountain Lodge, you guys are the best."

"The rooftop area was unfortunately strongly smelling of chlorine brightly lit and ymca like and had some smokers up there. The room was fine though old but the band was a bit loud. Breakfast was not only truly terrible and not as advertised but no refund was offered for the inedible omelet with plastic cheese (they subbed it as they were out) overcooked and took 35 minutes with only one other table there. My partners toast was very soggy and dripping literally all over the table with margarine. We will not be back. "

"Amazing setting. Some amenities were closed due to construction but we were aware of this before arriving. Don’t bother doing the planetarium. It’s a waste of money. "

"Excellent location - right in downtown Jasper, walking distance to shops, restaurant. Bathroom very tight, can be noisy due to pub. No elevator (stairs only). Affordable, good if you need just a place to sleep- short stays. Staff are helpful and friendly."
