We really enjoyed our stay at Falcon Crest. Canmore is a beautiful town with so much to see. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful with recommending spots to go check out. All interactions with staff were great. The room was very clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. Pleasantly surprised with our room. Price was very low compared to other places in the area, so I checked the reviews which were mostly very good, so I thought we would give it a go. King suite was very spacious and clean. Will definitely be back.

Great little hidden gem!! Perfect for groups. Loved the suite aspect, getting to have lots of room, 2 separate bedrooms, kitchen/dishwasher etc. Excellent value. Only complaint is that one of the hot tubs wasn’t warm at all, but the other one was fine (not overly hot but definitely good enough!)

The pull out bed mattress was really stained, we were going to sleep on it as the bed was so hard and uncomfortable. The air condition is only seasonal and our room was extremely hot. We had to leave the patio open and use a fan to cool it off. It was a nice hotel, spacious and clean. Unless they change the beds unfortunately I won’t be staying here again.
