"I will definitely stay here again if I get the opportunity. Easy walk to Broadway. Other than a squeaking ceiling fan the place was perfect and directions to get in and out were detailed. Staff were visible, friendly, and helpful. The only recommendation I would have for others staying here is to bring a folding wagon or cart to get your things in and out of your room. "

"First of all it is not a Clarion but is now a Holiday Inn Express and Orbitz doesn’t notify you of changes like that. The neighborhood is not great didn’t feel safe to walk the .7 of a mile to Nissan Stadium. Most all of the staff was very helpful and nice, but the Housekeeping staff was rude and unhelpful. In fact they would lie to their supervisor if you asked to have your room cleaned at a later time. "

When I told her we were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday, she offered to decorate our room & have the others coming in close by. The last day we were there she added some fun games in the lobby bar & that was cool. The pizza place next door is Amazing, convenient & open til 5am for your dining pleasure. :)"

Also, the general proximity to downtown of about a 5 to 10 minute ride without the high downtown hotel rates is great. The hotel itself is showing his age in numerous ways, but if you focus on those positives, it’s a good option. I would stay here again if the rates remain reasonable. "

"We stayed here because we were attending a concert at Cheif's on Broadway. It was only a 6 minute walk so this hotel was in the perfect location! Everything was wonderful with our stay. The beds were super comfortable! Free breakfast was delicious! Front desk was super friendly. I have no complaints. Thank you Hyatt for the great hospitality! "
