"Only 1 elevator working for entire hotel. I’m happy to take stairs, but there’s not a way to get to the first floor taking stairs. The door on the first floor only goes outside and there’s a sign saying that door will alarm if you open it. It’s a fire door. I ate breakfast there, it was a very small buffet, not much offered. The next morning I decided to eat out. The pool water was cold, but the kids didn’t mind and had fun. I loved the sound proof room! I slept very well. The mattress was good. I liked the refrigerator in the room and optional microwave and safe. They didn’t have walk in showers unless you book a handicap room. The windows in the rooms need to be cleaned on the outside. It was difficult to see outside my window because of the dust/dirt. The staff were friendly and professional from the desk clerks to maintenance to housekeeping and dining staff. I spent 2 nights. "

"Worst stay ever. We checked into the room and found bed bugs walking on the bed. Immediately walked down to the lobby and was moved to another room. The bed springs has someone’s puke stained, it was absolutely nasty room. I would never recommend this place. If the rooms are this nasty, they shouldn’t let customers to stay."

"The hotel was okay. Our shower was a liitle dirty & there was long dark hair on our bath towels."

"Their site said they had an inside pool but it wasn't available that was the only reason that I booked that particular motel because of the inside pool. I was very disappointed and the room was just disgusting! dirty curtains hair everywhere the sheets and comforter had burnt holes in them the shower did not drain well. I was standing in water trying to take a shower also the day before I called ahead to see if an early check-in would be okay I was told by Ken that as long as there was availability that it would be okay. when I finally got here they told me that we couldn't do an early check-in at all. Staff was unapologetic. Overall dissatisfied "

"Door in bathroom took body weight to open and close. Cracks in bathroom wall, torn furniture and carpet. Brwakfast was fine"
