Evening staff was not courteous upon arrival. Used my expedia points to book the room and was given a horrible, noisy, room that looked like a converted motel. Paper thin walls, small room that felt prison cell ish…. Left after one sleepless night. Noise in the middle of the night.

Great beds, clean, and the breakfast was great! It’s a little treck from broadway and the hot water is not enough for the facility. You get hotter water in the morning than night time.

It was a little hard to find parking for the area. I need to stay overnight for an early surgery the next morning. The staff were excellent and took excellent care of us. My driver and I had a nice clean room and felt very safe. The only thing that I would like to see is more food offerings for late night arrivals.
