"It is a very good location in Banff downtown. Room was spacious and kitchen/dining room was very good. Hot pool was also very good. I highly recommend staying at Fox Hotel and suites. "

"Staff was nice, helpful. But for us there was no shopping or dining other than the hotels. I guess you get what you pay for. There were 3 windows in this room. The one with the best was in the bathroom. And you had to be sitting on the toilet to see the window. The other window from our bed looked at a wall, 4-5' away. Bathroom, shower, bed were nice, not something we're going to remember about. "

"I liked how safe it seemed and how quiet it was. Walkable to dining and shopping in the Lake Louise area which was a plus. Shuttles to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake also picked up from the parking lot which was convenient. We loved our stay here! "

"Room 505, shower door seals need replacing. Sink drain either needs cleaning or sink vent is plugged a bit. Filling sink with water will show the problem when releasing the sink drain, very slow draining. That’s it. Very nice place to stay."

"Great hotel for a short stay near the airport. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Only thing I would recommend is extending the airport shuttle hours. We arrived around 11pm but the shuttle was no longer operating. The reason most people stay here is its proximity to the airport and the free shuttle. Thanks for a great stay, we would definitely stay again!"

"It would be better if a curtain could be added to the attic to separate the space to the living room, as there are two beds in the attic, but there no curtain on the triangular window which the light can come to the attic from the window. In the evening, it lets in a lot of light, which isn't ideal for people like me who need complete darkness to sleep."
