"We booked 2 premier garden view rooms but was greeted with more of a city view and local residents backyards. The property was bigger than expected - but very worn and dated, loved the flowers and trees all around and the various pools. The beach area was ok, sand was rough and packed in - looked man made. Lots of garbage floating in the water.

"Great price for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable, hot water was good. The shuttle service was excellent was picked up at the airport on time from an evening flight back and had a very early international flight the next morning, when I went downstairs the driver was already there waiting. This service alone is so worth it especially for a solo female traveler. Didn’t have the chance to try their breakfast maybe next time. Thank you I had a short and pleasant stay."

"事前に知りたいことがあったのでエクスペディアからメッセ ージを2回送ったが
返信が来なかった。（他のセブ島のホテルでは返ってきた）
なので公式hpの問い合わせメールで直接送ったがやはり返信はなかった。
お風呂のお湯がとてもぬるい。
朝食は8:00すぎにいったが
３０分くらい待つと言われた。
１０分で呼ばれた。
はやくてよかった。
我が子の誕生日のお祝いがなかなか
始まらないので、
スタッフに問い合わせたら
「今から準備するから３０分後」と言われた。食べ終わっていたので、そのために待つのもな…と思い断って退出した。残念。
ポロロパークを利用した
php2000で2時間。
日本円で5000円以上なのでだいぶ高め。
楽しみにしていた汽車はメンテナンス中で使えなかった。
何個かメンテナンス中というものがあった。
入る前に教えて欲しかった。
中のスタッフの方は子どもたちにとても優しい。
服を着せてくれたり
靴の着脱も手伝ってくれた。
プールは広くて子どもはとても楽しんでいた。
（日本のサマランよりは小さい）
小さい子連れならジェーパークアイランドは
とても楽しめる。"

"We have stayed several times at this hotel. So of course we like it. This particular time we missed breakfast because our flight left before breakfast. However the shuttle was on time and efficient.
There is not an elevator, however the staff will help get your bags to the room and into the shuttle
