"Had a lovely welcome by the family on arrival. Shown to our room which was beautiful, a real room with a view. Sunday lunch was absolutely amazing. Full of flavour and lots of it. Slept like a log, followed by a lovely freshly cooked breakfast. Will definitely be returning very soon "

"We wanted to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, and would normally have gone somewhere hot for this milestone but with Covid we are still not prepared to fly anywhere, so were looking for something different to just a ‘hotel room’, I saw this advertised on Expedia, and it looked to be just what we were looking for, a bit of luxury in a tranquil setting, just the down time we needed after a busy year. "Es war wie ein nach Hause kommen. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war super!! Das Zimmer war geräumig mit großem Badezimmer. Im Zimmerkühlschrank gab es frische Milch, eine Flasche Wasser und frisches Gebäck. Mit dem Auto ist man ganz schnell an der Steilküste. Ich fand das B&B total schön!!"

"Great location. 3 mins from a great beach and near 2 places within walking distance to eat in the evening. A great room with everything you need for a few days away. Staff at the hotel were really accomodating washed and dried our towels and tshirts as we had been on the beach. Beach wraps available to use and a parking permit for the beach so it was free to park. Breakfast was huge and could be afapted as you liked it. "This is most definitely not my first stay at The Mariner's. I go there because i genuinely love staying there. Nice sized rooms with good bathrooms. Comfortable, warm and quiet. The hotel itself oozes charm and is central to the town itself. Excellent parking too."
