  • Young Red Colobus Monkey. Day trips to Jozani are very straight forward. In Stone Town, tours can be booked at the old fort. November is storm season, but it is also Spring here, so there are lots of young creatures around. You have to take a local guide from the Forest information centre and you get walked through the forest. This is not a bad thing, as there are a load of side paths and no signage, so I think getting lost would be pretty straight forward. The other good thing about a network of guides on the ground, is that they find the monkeys easily, meaning you get to spend more time with them, rather than looking for them.

First issue was that we had to pay high city tax which was not mentioned anywhere. Second issue was that when we arrived, our All-In option did not cover first day lunch so we had to pay, the same applied on departure. Hotel room was OK, nothing exceptional. The garden and pool area were well maintained and simply beautiful. The beach was as expected, all depends on sea tide, but not swimmable at any time. Hotel is isolated, so car is a must. Staff was very friendly and helpful. All-In drinks and cocktails were good. Food buffet was often serving local dishes but tasty and good variety. Over all good and relaxing stay in this hotel.

Loved the intimacy, the bar on the beach and the fact that it is a SMALL RESORT. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Renovations might have dampened the experience a bit.

Hotel was closed for renovations and they didn’t inform us before we arrived. We had to look for an alternative place to stay at night and Expedia was not helpful either with finding another hotel. I would never recommend this place because of the lack of communication and inconvenience caused!

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés il y avait plus de place pour nous dans l’hôtel nous avons donc été transférés dans un autre hôtel à plus d’1h de route !! Et quand nous sommes arrivés dans l’autre hôtel nous avons attendu plus d’1h afin d’avoir les clefs nous avons donc eu les clefs à 6h du matin !!! De plus nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur mer et l’autre hôtel n’avait plus de chambres avec vue sur mer pour nous !!!

Tres bon hotel, tous confort! Personnel chaleureux aux petits soins ! Un bemol: aucun système autre que manuel ne permet d enregistrer et facturer les extras... 1h30 pour le check out, c est beaucoup trop!

Die Economyzimmer sind ohne Kleiderschrank etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Das Essen ist gut bis sehr gut. Positiv ist auch dass es 3 Mal die Woche einen vom Hotel organisierten, kostenfreien Boottransfer zum gegenüberliegenden Strand (Kae) gibt. Dieser ist wunderschön

Great pool, but not a great beach

Our family stayed here 3 nights. The pool was great and so was the bar. It is a very secluded, small resort. It would take quite a while, and a driver, to go eat away from the resort. They have various meal packages which include, or don't include drinks. The beach is not swimmable, and not very sightly due to the amount of seaweed. But, if you look beyond the beach to the water and horizon, it's beautiful. They offer a boat ride Mon, Wed, and Fri to another beach to swim. The restaurant is outdoors, but covered. Rooms have individual AC units. We spent most of our time at the pool, or relaxing in a hammock.

Struttura molto carina , accogliente. e pulita. il personale e molto gentile e premuroso. Il bar è sulla terrazza sulla baia ed è molto piacevole soggiornarvi.Il cibo è buono e si può mangiare a buffet o a la carte ,per la colazione , c'è un buffet buono ma non tutti i giorni ugualmente ricco.Nel complesso io e mio figlio ci siamo trovati molto bene anche per la professionalità del personale che ci ha aiutato ad organizzare le escursioni.

Das Hotel liegt zwar am Strand aber zum Baden ist es nicht geeignet da oft kein Wasser da ist wegen Ebbe und Flut,Persnal freundlich,Essen gut aber alles sehr teuer und man hat keine Wahl als im Hotel zu Essen da außenherum nichts ist

Nous avons aimé : la gentillesse du personnel ; les buffets du soir et ceux du vendredi spécialement (spécialités africaines) ; le calme et la tranquillité ; bon réseau wifi ; propreté des chambres (insecticide tous les soirs par les femmes de ménage) ; Nous n’avons pas aimé : les gens qui réservent les transats avec leurs serviette et qui ne sont pas la journée ; eau minérale non comprise dans la demi-pension ; vente de crème solaire inefficace (brûlure) ; accès à la plage ok mais plage quasi-impraticable.

Райское место !

Жили в отели 18 дней!Отель очень понравился большие номера , без платный сейф ,Чистый бассейн .Кухня супер в округе нету ресторанов но нам очень нравилось кушать в отели .Мы жили на завтраках но можно было заплатить 66$ на двоих в сутки и за обед и ужин .Моря нет сильные отливы но они на всем побережье нет отливов толко на севере !Но три раза в неделю на лодке без платно возят на против на косу вот там Райское место белый песок и лазурное море и очень вкусное кафе!А какой персонал люди добрейшие все поставлено на высшем уровне очень внимательные !!!Рядом есть деревня Чвака там можно купить воду и очень вкусные фрукты .Мы прилетели сутра и приехали в отель в 9.30 нас встретили накормили завтраком и заселили в номер без проблем,мелочь но очень приятно !Лежаки всегда свободны очень тихо и спокойно кто любит тусоваться это не сюда!Рядом живут семя красных Колобусов и на ужин приходят Галаго короче все сами увидите как зоопарке много всяких зверей . Райское место все советую кто любит Релакс....

Vi mistede ting fra vores værelser under opholdet (bl.a. penge, en bog og en shaver), og fik ingen erstatning. Det er også blevet politianmeldt, så forhåbentligt vil det ikke ske igen, men på den baggrund vil jeg ikke anbefale stedet.

Un séjour magnifique mais trop court

J'ai passé 10 jours dans cet hôtel et je suis au ange. Le staff est d'une discrétion et d'une gentillesse sans égale. Ils arrivent à te faire oublier que tu es dans un hôtel et te font te sentir vraiment comme à la maison. Le buffet du soir étaient vraiment bon et convivial. Les chambres sont spacieuses propres et bien entretenues. J'ai vraiment adoré mon séjour dans cet hôtel. PS: je tiens à remercier Nassi tout particulièrement pour l’accueil tout au long du séjour et le service 5 étoiles pour le repas en amoureux. Hakuna Matata

Les points positifs de l’hôtel sont le personnel très agréable le petit déjeuner très bon un café ou un thé offert entre 17 heures et 18 heures un village à proximité Vous pourrez voir des singes roux qui viendront se promener à la têt vous pourrez voir des singes roux qui viendront se promener à l'hôtel. Les points négatifs sont la plage marée trop basse on a payé deux fois la taxe d’une des deux chambres une fois avant et une fois après donc bien vérifier vérifier aussi vos consommations à la fin du séjour car vous payer à la fin Une facture d’une personne c’est glissé de notre compte l’hôtel est très isolé rien à proximité on est obligé de consommer à l’hôtel près du menu 25 $ pour un buffet pas terrible tout est payant si vous voulez pas sortir de l’hôtel et consommer l’hôtel c’est parfait sans plage sinon cette hôtel n’est pas fait pour vous vous avez des Beach Boys en bas de l’hôtel qui propose des excursions pas cher par rapport à celui-ci la piscine n’est pas terrible trop profonde pour les enfants. Faire très attention dans l’aire de jeux d’enfants on a vu un mini serpent se promener.

Five star experince😍

Nice place for family getaway and relaxation, there customer services is SUPER👍 from Managers to attendants, we enjoyed the night that there were African dances near the pool wish to have activities like these everyday. There rooms are superclean what U see in pictures is what U will see when u get there.We loved the addition of children play ground as we travelled with kids.Thank U for ur hospitality we will definetely come again

La struttura molto carina. Personale disponibile e molto gentile, Cucina ottima ma con pochissima varietà. Dalle foto e dalle prenotazioni non si evince che esistono alcune camere lontane dalla piscina con una fastidiosa scalinata da fare ogni volta. La spiaggia molto poco soddisfacente e con la bassa marea impossibile fare il bagno.
