"Cracking find in Cambridge, lovely staff, excellent parking which is not often the case in Cambridge and a comfortable room with all the amenities you can want. At breakfast cooking was done for each of us individually and was top notch. Location was ideal pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the centre. I don’t usually stay in guest houses but wouldn’t hesitate to return here"

"Stayed overnight here so we could catch a nearby folk music gig. Everything was outstanding! If you're looking for that "Sign of the Prancing Pony" romantic inn experience, this is it. I half-expected to see Aragorn ensconced in the corner. Breakfast was absolutely terrific: my wife had the vegetarian full English and I had the regular, both superb. Strong, flavorful coffee made fresh. Staff were always helpful and friendly. We'd definitely stay here again in Cambridge!"

"The staff were brilliant and made our stay so enjoyable. Food was excellent both for the breakfast and evening meal. Staff were uniformly friendly and helpful and the location was adjacent to many bars and restaurants and only a 6-7 minute walk from the town centre. Only downside was the expensive local car parking (£22.50 overnight - significantly more than we have experienced elsewhere) with no discount from the hotel"
