"Excellent location for visiting IWM Duxford and only 10 minutes on the train to Cambridge. Janet and Simon couldn't have been more welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble and the breakfasts were really good with options for all tastes. Would stay again without hesitation."

I received the door codes message ok although I never received the pre booking email mentioned by others. The room seemed ok and I had a ground floor room at the front with big bay window. But no power. But shower was hot. I knew I was going to be there for 10 hours tops so I lived with it. As expect, any calls for assistance remain unanswered. "This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. It is also walking distance from the medical complex, making it very helpful for the families of people in Addenbrook's or Royal Papworth. The proprietor...
