This place is an absolute gem, rooms are incredible, kitchen is spotless, everything here commands care and attention to cleaning. I cant stress enough how beautiful and comfortable this place is, really, stop looking there is no way you won’t enjoy this place like I did. Also, breakfast is also good, variety is ok and if you like chinese like breakfast like I do, you will find good food there. I would return to this place easily.

Large room, clean, friendly staff. Located in a nice neighborhood. Walk about 15 mins to subway, but can take bus which goes right to the subway stations, so pretty convenient.

I think their breakfast area was under construction and wouldn't recommend having breakfast there in saying that we were luckily the hotel room we had was complete house so no problem for us at all i actually enjoyed my stay there very friendly staff.

We always stay here when returning to Shanghai. Having a kitchenette to cook when we want, the ability to do laundry in suite and the living room area are all a plus. There is a Family Mart and Starbucks just outside, and dianping cart around the corner on weekdays, plus a corner stand with fresh fruit and vegetables only one block away. There’s also an import grocery across the street. Also, reasonable and legitimate massages at Bamboo 7 within 4 minutes walking!! The units are clean and staff checks in daily. If you want to be in Jinqiao, this is the place to stay.

여긴 아닌듯

⁶인 조식이라 광고에 적어놓고 3인만 무료임, 3인은 비용을 지불했으며 인당 78원임, 뷔페는 정말로 민망한 수준입니다 실내 보일러 소리는 탱크 전장터였고 취기가 없으면 잠을 이룰 수 없을 정도임, 3인은 침대가 주어졌으나 나머지는 소파를 변형한 침대, 쿠션이 엉망이라 푹 꺼진 곳에서 불면의 눈망울도 푹 꺼져서 옴, 허리가 아픈건 서비스, 호텔스닷컴 그간 문제 없었는데 이번에 적잖은 실망

The Green court residence is superbly run the apartment is clean and we'll furnished ideally set in pudong for all amenities you have a good selection of local shops plus many places to eat and drink or within a 20-minute walk maximum on the next trip to Shanghai I will be using these apartments again

Good size for families; decor is nice, washer with dryer capabilities is a big plus. Good size bedroom and they use good quality kitchen utensils and appliances. The apartment itself is maintained in good condition. Not so good—the amenities; I suspect they are not under the same management company as the apartment itself. The apartment itself is good but ALL the amenities are not in good shape, that includes 1) the children indoor playground (very small and there is not much there—like a sad baby sitting place); 2) the breakfast restaurant is 2* at the most, kind of old and does not feel clean at all (not worth $78 RMB per person); 3) the swimming pool does not look clean and not in good shape as well

Cleaners were efficient. All employees were professional and nice. Didn't like that the rooms were smoky, even if room was for non-smokers, residents do not abide by that. Food could be better.

This was my first China visit - the property was perfect, 3 bedroom apartment less than 10kms from the city centre with trees and parks all around. Full kitchen with mini supermarket 200m away, restaurants in every direction (walking) Highly recommended and would go back.

Overall a comfortable stay!!!

Nice neighborhood for both, solo or family stay... Subway/bus both the options are close... daily housekeeping, 24X7 front desk support, satisfactory non-Chinese options in breakfast, all appliances were in good condition. My stay is extended in Shanghai and and I continue here for next 4 weeks.

Excellent place for foreigners in Shanghai

This hotel is located in an international district in Shanghai (Pudong), with several international restaurants and excellent places to walk. If you want an international place in Shaghai and do not spend a lot of money having a quite of life quality, this place is great! The room I booked was like an apartment, with kitchen, laundry, 2 bedrooms, living room and a good space for up to 4 people. The gym is really very good and on the same level is located a small community library where you can read several books. The breakfast is normal and not so lush, but enough for a business trip or for a few days in Shanghai. Excellent choice!

Can be a good option

As the name indicates, this is more an apartment than a real hotel. I suspect that not all rooms are sold as hotel rooms, and that a number are regular apartments. It is appointed accordingly: the apartment is vast and efficient, albeit not plushy. Still, comfortable bed. The only points that would need to be improved in my opinion are: 1- It can be difficult to reach. Taxi drivers are not familiar with this address, and the Chinese name of the hotel is pretty different from its English name. 2- The air conditioning was not turned on. It may be good for the environment, but unfortunately it took a long time to cool down an otherwise overheated apartment to an acceptable temperature. Perhaps something can be done for this. 3- The place where breakfast is served is a bit small for the size of the place. It was tasty though, so quality-wise I am satisfied. Is it a keeper? I think for the deal I got and the place I had to go to afterwards it made sense. And if you are a family in search of an apartment, it may also make sense, even if you will have to walk somewhat to the metro. There are a few food options around the hotel at night as well.

One of the best accommodations in Shanghai

Very much enjoyed my three nights (05/11/2018 - 05/14/2018) stay. I booked a 1-br apartment and got a free upgrade to a 2-br apartment, which was well-maintained and very clean. The staffs were polite and helpful. The breakfast food and drinks were fresh. Will definitely stay again in the future.
