"Well kept. Very good overall. However, the front desk check in is not efficient. Take way too long. Similar experience in June stay. For example, the clearing crew should update completion on a computer, so front desk staff does not have to call. These inefficiencies are due to lack of good management and effective software. "

"We (fam of 4 plus Mom) just got back. Minor issues phone not working ect. They are attentive. Might take a day, but they are a "make it right" property. We did not do the excusions this time around. With it being fall you were guaranteed about 3 hours of rain mid day. However, numbers were fantastic at dinner. Zero wait, plenty of space at the pools. Food was excellent!
